When I first met CLARK, I was not certain what was under that cowboy hat. I had no idea that I was dealing with an emotional genius. Not only did he help Toby and I navigate through a very difficult home purchase, he was completely calm, cool and collected as he assisted us in the most difficult purchase of our lives. Not only do I believe that CLARK was the single reason we got such a great negotiated price for our home, he was there every step of the way as we navigated the process. We simply could not have closed our home as seamless as we did without his steady hand. He insured our protection every step of the way, even though we made an offer with no contingencies. Making an offer on a home with no contingencies leaves the buyer vulnerable but he was certain we were protected in that process. We believe that Clark is not only going to be a leader in real estate, we believe he is a leader in the industry. He is humble, stoic, and transparent with all of his communications, and we deeply depended on him. He followed through on every detail.
